This is still a work in progress - please check back again for refinements and additions to the few basic statements below.
God
We believe in one God, creator of heaven and earth (Gen 1:1). The great I AM - the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Ex 3:14-15) revealed in the New Testament as The Father, The Word and the Holy Spirit. Three persons, yet one God (1 John 5:7).
Jesus
He is the Word that was with God and was God in the beginning Who was made flesh (John 1:1-2, 14). The only begotten Son of God (John 3:16). He was born of the virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit (Matt 1:18-25). He is the Way the Truth and the Life and no-one can come to God the Father but by Him (John 14:6). He died on the cross of Calvary, was buried and rose again the third day (1 Cor 15:3-4) and has ascended into heaven (Acts 1:9-11) and is seated at the right hand of the Father (Eph 1:20). He is now a High Priest after the order of Melchizedek and is the only mediator between God and Man (Heb 5:5-10, 1 Tim 2:5).
Man
Descended from Adam, the first man, who was made in the likeness and image of God, and Eve, the mother of all the living (Gen 1:26-27, 3:20). Because of Adam and Eve's rebellion, sin entered the world through one man Adam and thus all men are born sinners. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God (Rom 5:12).
Bible
The Holy Spirit inspired word of God. We believe it is the sole and final authority for doctrine, reproof, instruction and correction in righteousness (2 Tim 3:16).
Salvation
Jesus Christ, the Son of God was made sin for us on the cross and gave Himself a once for all sacrifice for sin (2 Cor 5:21, Heb 10:10-14). For man to experience salvation he needs to believe and receive the Gospel message that Christ died for his sin, rose again from the dead and confess with his mouth Jesus Christ is Lord (1 Cor 15:1-4, Rom 10:8-13). This act brings about the experience of being born again of the Spirit (John 3:5-8).
The Second Coming
Believers who die in Christ are "absent from the body and present with the Lord" awaiting their resurrection bodies (2 Cor 5:6-8). We who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air (1 Thes 4:14-18). This is commonly known as "The Rapture" and no man knows the day nor the hour but we believe it will be prior to the wrath of God being poured out in the Great Tribulation (Rev 6:17). Satan will be bound and believers will reign with Christ for a thousand years (Rev 20:6) after which God will make all things new - creating a new heaven and a new earth (Rev 21:1-5).
The Church
The Body of Christ of which Jesus Christ is the Living Head (Col 1:18). The church is not a building or an organisation but consists of living stones (born again believers) who are built upon the chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ (1 Pet 2:2-10). This is the church universal. In addition, there is the local church which likewise consists of all born again believers in a local area, town or city (Rev 1:11, 20). We believe that the local church should gather together regularly in the apostle's doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayer (Acts 2:42).
Church Authority
We believe in the ministry gifts of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers given by Jesus Christ after He ascended on high (Eph 4:7-11). These gifted persons are given for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ and will continue until Jesus comes again (Eph 4:12-16). The local churches are under the authority of elders or overseers (in plural) (Acts 14:23) who are responsible to care for and feed the flock of God (Acts 20:28). They will give an account to God for those that have been entrusted to their care (Heb 13:17). They take the oversight of the local church not by constraint but willingly and not for financial reward but of a ready mind. Not being lords over God's heritage but an example to the flock (1 Pet 5:1-4).
